In the photo, we are driving a tram on tracks laid in the left lane of the roadway, which curve to the left; on the left side of the track there are broken lane lines across which cars can drive onto the tracks. In this situation, you should expect vehicles that may drive onto the tracks from the left - the answer is YES.

A broken line separating a traffic lane from the tracks allows car drivers to cross it, so they may drive onto the tracks, for example to turn or to go around an obstacle. A car driver who is on the part of the roadway used by trams must make way for an approaching tram, but the tram driver cannot assume that every driver will do so. So you watch the vehicles on the left, reduce speed and are ready to stop the tram.
