Can I change category after buying?

Yes. The package covers all 12 categories and you can switch between them at any time.

What if I buy a second package before the first one ends?

The days are added on top of your current access. Nothing is lost.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Access is digital content delivered immediately. When you buy you agree to it starting straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw. See the terms for details. Withdrawal terms →

Does the package renew itself?

No. Once the days run out the access expires. You buy again whenever you want.

When does my plan start?

Your first plan starts once payment is confirmed. Starting a payment does not activate access. If you already have an active plan, we add the extra days from the end of your current access. Help with access →

Will I lose my account and exam history when my plan expires?

Plan expiry alone does not delete your account or exam history. Exams using the full question base, the course, revision and statistics require an active plan. Buy a new plan whenever you want to return to these features.
