The Regulation on road signs and signals states that the green signal of lane traffic lights S-4 means permission to enter the lane above which the traffic lights are placed, and the red one means no entry; sign B-32 with the inscription "Pobór opłat" (toll collection) means that you must stop at the toll point. The lane with the "Opłata Elektroniczna" (electronic toll) board is intended for vehicles that pay for the journey electronically - and according to the Public Roads Act, this is exactly how motor vehicles with a maximum permissible mass over 3.5 t pay for roads. Your 12-tonne lorry pays electronically (e-TOLL), and the lanes on both sides marked with sign B-5 are closed to it - so the open middle electronic lane is the correct one. You drive in slowly, stop before the barrier if the system requires it, and move off after it rises. With a red signal, entering would be forbidden.
