Show the correct answer
Correct answer
A. Yes.
Explanation
A person who has held a category B driving licence for at least 3 years may ride a motorcycle with an engine capacity of up to 125 cm3 on the territory of Poland - answer A. The additional conditions are a power of up to 11 kW and a power-to-unladen-mass ratio of no more than 0.1 kW/kg. There is, however, no speed limit of 30 km/h (C) - you ride such a motorcycle like any other.
This entitlement comes from the Vehicle Drivers Act, which provides that a category B driving licence held for at least 3 years entitles you to ride a light motorcycle with category A1 parameters. The entitlement applies only in Poland; abroad you need category A1 or higher. A helmet is of course mandatory, as on any motorcycle.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 3 point 4 letter a of the Vehicle Drivers Act (ustawa o kierujących pojazdami); Art. 40 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act (Prawo o ruchu drogowym)
