Show the correct answer
Correct answer
C. No.
Explanation
The illustration shows a Polish driving licence - a card with a table of categories from AM to T on the back. With a category B driving licence, you are not entitled to drive an agricultural tractor abroad - answer C. Answers A and B are wrong.
The Vehicle Drivers Act states that a category B driving licence entitles you to drive a motor vehicle with a maximum permissible mass of up to 3.5 t, except a bus and a motorcycle, and vehicle combinations with a trailer, and separately that on the territory of the Republic of Poland a category B, C1, C, D1 and D driving licence also entitles you to drive an agricultural tractor, a slow-moving vehicle and a combination made up of such a vehicle and a light trailer. So the tractor entitlement is an addition that applies only in Poland - abroad, category B means what it means in EU law, that is a passenger car and a light van, and each country sets the entitlements for agricultural tractors separately and they do not follow from category B; in Poland this is category T. The international driving licence also excludes agricultural tractors.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 point 6 and 11, para. 3 point 1 and Art. 4 para. 3 of the Vehicle Drivers Act (ustawa o kierujących pojazdami)
