D-5 Priority on a narrow section
What it means
Means that on a narrow section of the carriageway you have priority over oncoming vehicles. At the other end stands sign B-31, which tells the oncoming vehicles to wait.
In the exam
The white arrow on D-5 is your direction (you have priority), the red one is oncoming traffic. Priority does not excuse caution if someone has already entered the narrowing.
