B-31 Priority to oncoming traffic
What it means
Bans entering a narrow section of the carriageway if it would force oncoming vehicles to stop. You must wait before the narrowing. At the other end stands sign D-5, which gives priority to the oncoming traffic.
In the exam
On sign B-31 the red arrow is you (you give way), the black one is oncoming traffic. On D-5 it is the other way round: the white arrow is you, the red one is them.
