An expressway is intended only for motor vehicles, except quadricycles, and an agricultural tractor is not a motor vehicle. However, a vehicle doing cleaning, repair or modernisation work on the road may use an expressway even when it is not a motor vehicle or cannot reach 40 km/h; it should then use yellow flashing lights. A light quadricycle (answer A) is excluded from traffic on an expressway whatever the purpose of the journey. A moped (answer B) is not a motor vehicle, so it must not enter even for a short section to the exit. A normal drive to a field with a tractor is also out of the question - the exemption applies only to work on the road.
