You know that the emergency services will arrive to the scene of the accident soon. Should you persuade the perpetrator to take the injured person to the hospital?

Correct answer
NO
Explanation
A pedestrian who has been hit is lying on the roadway, and the emergency services have already been called and will arrive soon. In this situation you do not persuade anyone to put the casualty into a car and drive him to hospital. A person who has been hit by a car may have a spinal injury or internal injuries - moving him without equipment and medical knowledge may make the injuries worse and even cause death.
The first aid rule is: if the casualty is breathing, you do not move him and you leave him in the position in which you found him, unless he is in additional danger, and you wait for the rescuers, who have a stretcher, a neck collar and a board. Until they arrive, you check his breathing, protect him from the cold and talk to him. In addition, the Road Traffic Act requires a driver involved in an accident with an injured person to call the emergency medical team and stay at the scene of the accident until the services arrive - taking the victim away in his own car would count as leaving the scene of the incident.
Legal basis: Art. 44 para. 2 point 1 and 3 and para. 3 of the Road Traffic Act (Prawo o ruchu drogowym)
