Are you obliged to signal a car parked because of a breakdown in a built-up area where it is prohibited?

In the photo you can see the scene of an incident on a narrow road among houses: a moped is standing just behind a passenger car with its hazard warning lights on, and a reflective warning triangle has been placed on the roadway behind them. In a built-up area, in a place where stopping is prohibited, you are obliged to signal that the vehicle is parked because of a breakdown - the answer is YES.

The Road Traffic Act requires you to signal that a power-driven vehicle is parked because of damage or an accident in a built-up area if it is parked on the roadway in a place where stopping is prohibited. You do this by switching on the hazard warning lights, and if the vehicle is not equipped with them - by switching on the sidelights (position lights) and placing a reflective warning triangle behind the vehicle or on it. The obligation applies to a power-driven vehicle, so also to a light quadricycle. Formally, a moped is not a power-driven vehicle, but you mark it in the same way when it is parked after a breakdown, because the Act requires you to avoid any action that could create danger. Outside a built-up area, the triangle is placed 30-50 m behind the vehicle.
