Can you turn right in the presented situation?

Correct answer
NO
Explanation
In the photo, you are approaching a junction on the outskirts of a town; at the entrance to the road on the right there is a round red sign with a white horizontal bar - B-2 "no entry". You cannot turn right. The answer is: no.
The Regulation on road signs and signals states that sign B-2 "no entry" means that vehicles are prohibited from entering the road or roadway from the side where the sign is placed; the ban also applies to columns of pedestrians and to riders and drovers. The sign stands at the entrance to the road on the right, so this road is one-way, and traffic on it moves towards you - turning right would mean driving against the traffic. B-2 signs are placed precisely at the ends of one-way streets and at exits from car parks and petrol stations, where entering from that side risks a head-on collision. The only exception is vehicles shown on a "Nie dotyczy" (does not apply) plate under the sign, most often bicycles - here there is no such plate. So you go straight on or turn left, and you reach a destination on the right by another road; driving against the traffic is a petty offence and one of the most dangerous situations on the road.
