How should you about evacuating passengers, if the door gets blocked as a result of a road accident.
Show the correct answer
Correct answer
B. Use the emergency exit.
Explanation
In the photo you can see a tram after a collision with a car and firefighters at the scene of the accident. If the doors have become blocked as a result of an accident, you should organise the evacuation of passengers through the emergency exits - answer B.
A tram has emergency exits, for example windows with hammers or doors with emergency opening, exactly for the case when the normal doors do not work. The tram driver shows them to the passengers and helps them leave the tram safely. A breakdown service (answer A) is not used for evacuation, and waiting for the fire brigade (answer C) may take too long. Of course you call the emergency services, but you do not delay the evacuation.
