Can you in any circumstances, drive a tram after taking a drug prescribed by a doctor?
Show the correct answer
Correct answer
NO
Explanation
In the photo we see a pile of tablets and capsules. You cannot always drive a tram after taking a medicine prescribed by a doctor - the answer is NO.
Many medicines, also those prescribed by a doctor, for example sedatives, sleeping pills, allergy medicines or painkillers, may cause sleepiness, dizziness or slower reactions. The fact that a doctor prescribed the medicine does not mean that you are allowed to drive after taking it. You will find this information in the leaflet, often marked with a warning about the effect on driving vehicles. If in doubt, you ask a doctor or a pharmacist. When taking a new medicine, you also watch how it affects you before you sit down at the master controller.
