Show the correct answer

Correct answer

NO

Explanation

In the photo, you can see the sign A-5 "crossroads" - a yellow triangle with a black cross. When you drive a tram and approach a junction marked with this sign, you do not have to give way to power-driven vehicles coming from the right - the answer is NO.

The sign A-5 warns about a road junction where right of way is not set by signs. Cars there give way to vehicles coming from the right, but a tram, as a rail vehicle, has right of way over other vehicles regardless of the direction they are coming from. So the right-hand rule does not apply to a tram in relation to cars. However, it does apply between two trams - you must give way to a tram coming from the right. When approaching the junction, you slow down and watch whether car drivers really stop.
