While riding a moped, when should you start braking if you intend to go round a sharp bend on the road?

In the photo the road reaches a fence and turns sharply, which is shown by red and white directional boards with arrows to the left and to the right. You start braking before a sharp bend early enough to avoid braking in the bend - answer C.

In a bend a two-wheeler is leaning, and the tyres use a large part of their grip to keep it on its line. Hard braking at that moment adds another force - the wheel easily loses grip and the moped falls over, or straightens up and runs off the bend. That is why you do all your braking on the straight section before the bend, you enter the bend at a steady, safe speed, and after passing its apex you gently accelerate. Braking when entering the bend (answer A) is too late, and braking when leaving the bend (answer B) makes no sense at all. The Road Traffic Act requires you to adjust your speed to the conditions, including the terrain and the condition of the road.
