Show the correct answer
Correct answer
C. No.
Explanation
In the photo you can see the back of a driving licence with the table of categories; in the category B row the date of issue and the expiry date of the entitlement have been entered. After the expiry date of your driving licence you are not allowed to drive a car - answer C. The regulations do not provide for any period of tolerance, neither 7 days (A) nor 14 days (B).
The Vehicle Drivers Act states that a driver may be a person who has the appropriate document confirming their entitlement to drive, and this document is a valid driving licence. A category B driving licence is issued for 15 years, and in the case of health restrictions for the period stated in the medical certificate; after this date you have to replace the document by submitting an application at the vehicle licensing office (wydział komunikacji), usually with a new photo and possibly with a medical examination. For driving with an invalid document the law provides for a fine (ticket), and the police officer will not let you drive on - so check the date in field 4b or 11 in good time.
