Correct answer
YES
Explanation
In the video we are driving along a street in town with sign D-3 "one-way road"; cars are parked on the left side, and further on we can see signs D-2, A-7 and a plate "STOP 100 m"; at the junction itself there is sign B-20 and traffic lights showing a green signal. When driving on a one-way road and intending to turn left, you should move closer to the left edge of the roadway - the answer is YES.
The Road Traffic Act requires a driver who intends to turn left to move closer to the centre of the roadway, and on a one-way roadway - to its left edge. On a one-way road nobody comes from the opposite direction, so the left edge is a safe place to prepare for the turn, and vehicles going straight on can pass you on the right. Before the manoeuvre you check your mirror and blind spot, switch on the left indicator in good time and only then move to the left. The junction has traffic lights: light signals take priority over signs A-7 and B-20, which apply only when the lights are switched off or show a flashing amber signal.
