What it means

The post with one bar stands at 1/3 of the distance from the level crossing, i.e. closest to the tracks.

Legal basis: § 78 of the regulation of the Ministers of Infrastructure and of the Interior and Administration on road signs and signals (Dz.U. 2019 poz. 2310, as amended).
