D-39 General speed limits

What it means

Informs of the general speed limits in Poland for cars: in built-up areas, outside them, on expressways and motorways. Placed at border crossings; it does not change the limits, only reminds you of them.

Legal basis: § 57 of the regulation of the Ministers of Infrastructure and of the Interior and Administration on road signs and signals (Dz.U. 2019 poz. 2310, as amended).
