D-23b Filling station with a charging point for electric or hybrid vehicles

What it means

Informs of a filling station that also has a charging point for electric or hybrid vehicles. The lower part of the sign may list available alternative fuels (LPG, CNG, LNG, hydrogen). Since 19 February 2026 the name also covers hybrids (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 133).

In the exam

D-23b and D-23c are information signs: they order or forbid nothing, they only point to a service by the road.

Legal basis: § 54 of the regulation of the Ministers of Infrastructure and of the Interior and Administration on road signs and signals (Dz.U. 2019 poz. 2310, as amended).
