B-23 No U-turns
What it means
Bans U-turns from the sign up to and including the next intersection, or, when placed at an intersection, U-turns at that intersection. It is cancelled by sign B-24 or B-42.
In the exam
B-23 does not ban left turns. It only bans reversing your direction of travel.
