B-1 No traffic in both directions
What it means
Bans all vehicles, columns of pedestrians, riders and drovers from using the road in both directions. A plate reading "Nie dotyczy" (does not apply) with a vehicle symbol exempts the vehicles shown. The sign may stand on the carriageway.
A driver of an emergency vehicle on a call may disregard prohibitory signs as long as they take particular care. That exception does not apply to you.
