A-5 Crossroads

What it means

Warns of an intersection where priority is not set by signs, i.e. an uncontrolled intersection. The right-hand rule applies: you give way to a vehicle approaching from your right.

In the exam

One of the most commonly confused signs in the exam: A-5 does not give you priority, it only reminds you of the right-hand rule.

Legal basis: § 5 of the regulation of the Ministers of Infrastructure and of the Interior and Administration on road signs and signals (Dz.U. 2019 poz. 2310, as amended).
