The Regulation on road signs and signals states that sign A-30 "other danger" warns of a danger of a different kind from those indicated by the other warning signs, and the plate placed under it shows the type of danger; plate T-18 means an unexpected change in the direction of traffic along the course shown on the plate. The yellow background of the sign tells you that these are temporary signs connected with roadworks, and the white and red guide boards show the new course of the lane. On a high-speed road such a change of route is dangerous, because drivers are travelling fast and are used to the lane running straight - a sudden shift of the lane at 100 km/h can throw a car onto the barriers. Warning signs require you to exercise particular caution: you slow down in good time, increase your following distance from the silver car, follow the boards with your eyes and do not overtake where the lanes shift.
