What must you mostly pay attention to when you secure a load being transported on a motorcycle?

In the photo there is a motorcycle with a luggage bag strapped to the back seat. When fastening a load on a motorcycle, you pay attention above all to making sure it does not affect the stability of the motorcycle - answer A.

The Road Traffic Act states that a load on a vehicle is placed so that it does not affect the stability of the vehicle, does not make steering difficult, does not limit visibility and does not cover lights and plates, and in addition it must be secured against changing position. For a two-wheeler stability is crucial: a motorcycle keeps its balance because its mass is close to the centre line and low down. Luggage fastened high up or on one side raises the centre of gravity and tilts the motorcycle, which you can feel especially at low speed and in bends. Easy access to the contents while riding (answer B) is a bad idea - while riding you do not reach for your luggage, you keep both hands on the handlebars. Reducing air resistance (answer C) is not the aim of fastening; what counts is that the load does not move and does not change how the motorcycle behaves. You pack heavier things low, symmetrically in the side cases, and lighter ones on top.
