Suddenly opening the throttle has the opposite effect - the drive wheels may spin, or the vehicle may suddenly accelerate and leave its path, and with a narrow track it can easily overturn. Keeping a low, steady speed (answer A) and leaning towards the bend (answer B) are exactly the correct technique, so they are not things to avoid. You choose your speed before entering the bend, and in the bend you keep the throttle steady.
