Does this road marking allow you to continue riding a moped vehicle in this lane?
Show the correct answer
Correct answer
NO
Explanation
In the video we are driving in the right lane of a town street; in it there is a lane-change arrow pointing left, and further on the inscription "BUS" and a separate lane for buses. This road marking does not allow you to continue riding a moped in this lane - the answer is NO.
Marking P-9 "lane-change arrow" means an order to move into the neighbouring lane shown by the arrow; this does not apply to drivers of vehicles for which the further section of the lane is intended. Further on, a lane marked P-22 "BUS" begins, intended for vehicles carrying passengers for payment on regular routes, that is, mainly city buses. A moped is not one of them, so you must move into the left lane in good time, with your indicator on, giving way to vehicles in that lane. Other vehicles may use a bus lane only when the signs and markings allow it, for example the inscription TAXI or a motorcycle symbol on sign D-11 or D-12.
