Are you obliged in this situation to signal parking of the damaged agricultural tractor?

In the photo there is a road outside a built-up area - the green board "Grodztwo" (place name) shows only the name of the place, without a built-up area sign, and the right edge of the roadway is marked with a solid line; ahead of us, in our lane, a tractor with a harrow is driving in the same direction. When a damaged tractor is parked in such a place, you must mark it - the answer is YES.

Outside a built-up area, the duty to mark a vehicle parked because of a breakdown arises when the vehicle stands on the roadway in a place where parking is prohibited, or on the shoulder when it is not visible from a sufficient distance. Next to a solid line marking the edge of the roadway, stopping is prohibited both on the roadway and on the shoulder, and the narrow shoulder is too small for a tractor - so the immobilised tractor would stand on the roadway in a prohibited place. You switch on the hazard warning lights, and if the tractor does not have them - the sidelights (position lights), and you place a reflective warning triangle 30-50 m behind the vehicle. The marking must be used for the whole time the vehicle is parked. A tractor is wide and slow, and drivers outside towns drive fast, so the triangle gives them time to react. If at all possible, get completely off the road.
